We got in today and found out they found more fluid on her right lung, and the doctors decided to schedule to have a drain added.
Mary Jo was with her around 3:15pm when she had a seizure, which lasted about 3 minutes.
I had gotten here a few minutes later, this was new, and not good.
Mary Jo got the nurses in here by that time it was over.
They scheduled her for a CT Scan at 5:00 (drain to add & an additional head scan).
The anaesthesiologist talked to us around 6:30, it took longer because the first tube wasn't draining too good and they added a second tube.
When she got back to the PICU room she had already shed 100cc which is quite a bit for a 25lb child.
They then added an EEG monitor with remote access to check her brain waves.
It consisted of 25 probes added to her head with insanely stinky glue and bandages.
They said they would know something in 24-72 hours.
We are now in a "just wait and see" mode.
Annette (babies original nanny) came in to see her/them around 6:45pm.
My mom brought Nicole and Connor into our sleeping room around 7:00pm,
My mom offered to stay the night with her, so we left for home with Nicole & Connor.
