Bottom Photo: 6:55 PM-Kristina loved her first ride around the PICU
We got in this morning and Julie got here before us.
Things are looking up some today.
Kristina wasn't in #2 (aka poop) pain so she was smiling and TALKING TOO!
She was watching the Pixar Short clip with the two lamps, she was laughing hard.
She said grandma/grandpa ("Nanny & Papa"), their dogs, "Buddy", "Max"
"ball", "woody", "Coco" (our cats), and a few other words too.
IV's were turned way down, the nasal tube was taken out over night some time.
The 3 chest tubes were pulled in the late morning, another milestone.
Kristina slept from 12:30-4:00 solid, with no visible tummy discomfort.
The nurses came in the afternoon and removed the central line in her leg making it easier
for her to get out of bed, cool.
Mom, dad, Nicole, & Connor came in the evening to visit her.
Before we left the Nurse brought in a wagon, once she figured out we were not going for more tests she was happy watching the painted ceiling tiles.
