(the 9'x10' over-sized garage doors came in handy
for storing my/our 1954 Military Dodge M37)
It is almost done just waiting for the girls to help me finish it.


I roughed in the Studio for the
house addition in the near future.
(6 years of sweat equity in this project)


Our first lot in Painted Rocks Development
with a 300+ year old Bur Oak, 18.5 feet around
the original owners wanted the seller to drop her price $3,000.
because that is how much it would cost
them to have it cut down.
Our Response,
"WHAT! -- NO WAY! -- THE INSANITY!"
That clinched the deal, sold to us,
the tree still stands today,
and hopefully for another 100 years.
